Integrated advertising agency Crescent Group announced its leadership team inducting creative leaders to support the company’s growth and strategic initiatives.
Kamlesh Jangid takes on the role of artistic director of the agency. In this role, he will be responsible for creative planning and management. In addition to leading a team of designers, he will be involved in developing overall content and communications strategies that will support the agency’s overall creative goals.
During his last stint at Wavemaker, GroupM, Jangid was the creative lead for accounts such as Mother Dairy, Fabindia, Pernod Ricard, Max Bupa, Amway and Cargill India. He is a seasoned creative professional with over 15 years of rich experience in creative services across all industries.
Jangid said, “I’m happy to be named Crescent’s Creative Director and look forward to contributing my modest contribution to this transformational journey. I hope to draw on my previous experience to accelerate creative efforts in in-app advertising and content marketing, and contribute to this growing, goal-driven group.

The agency has also appointed Shubhangini Prasad Srivastava to head the agency’s creative division.
In her new role, Srivastava will work to elevate the agency on the creative front and create brand campaigns that resonate with target audiences while making waves in the industry. She will also be responsible for developing the digital content and communication strategy for the brands.
It comes from Wavemaker, a GroupM company. Having worked with networks like Leo Burnett, TV Today, Jagran Solutions (Dainik Jagran), she has been instrumental in weaving human and honest brand stories.

The agency also announced the appointment of Prateeksha Suri as senior editor.
Coming from Wavemaker, a GroupM company, she will help create brand campaigns and social media campaigns for Crescent brands. She will also support the overall creative goals of the agency through her understanding of digital and the art of writing.
