Sitting behind her desk laden with files, Kyle Radke spreads her hands and says, “It’s a desk that works. I am not an executive who looks at what others are doing. I like to be involved in every step. These people don’t come here to be creative; they or they are Creative. That’s all I ever wanted to do. I have loved the advertising profession since I was 10 years old.

When you walk into the office, the first thing you notice is that every surface – except for the conference table and desks – is covered in rewards. Hundreds of them.
